To our funders, partners, guests and wonderful audiences – thank you so much for making 2025 one of our best years yet. We’re already looking forward to seeing you all in 2026.

The festival, formerly known as The Kate O’Brien Weekend, began in 1984 to mark the 10th anniversary of the death of Limerick-born writer Kate O’Brien. It continues to honour the life and works of the author while promoting Limerick as a place of literary excellence.
